Approximate raw pastry measurements
Product thawing
- Product should be defrosted in a cold room/ fridge at approximately 4°C for at least 24 hours.
- Unroll and cut pastry as required and immediately place remained of roll back into existing packaging and place in cold room/ fridge.
Unrolling procedure
- Product should be defrosted as instructed above.
- Pastry should be unrolled pastry side down on a clean, floured bench with plastic facing up to prevent pastry sticking/ stretching during unrolling.
- Cut off required amount of pastry and immediately place the remainder of the roll back into existing packaging and place in cold room/ fridge.
- Use as soon as possible as pastry is easier to work with at a cool temperature.
- Once product has defrosted, it is recommended to be used within four (4) days.
- At no time is it recommended that the product be refrozen.
Oven temperature
Pre-heat fan forced oven to 200-210°C.
Fill temperature
Ensure your fill mixture is at room temperature.
Baking time
As per application.
