Approximate raw pastry measurements

Product thawing

Remove required number of Puff Pastry Sheets from the carton and place on a lined baking tray to defrost (approx. 15 minutes).

Place carton with remaining Puff Pastry Sheets back into the freezer.

Oven temperature

Pre-heat fan forced oven to approximately 200-210°C.

Baking time

As per application.
