Serving instructions
For plated desserts:
Remove required number of Chocolate Mousse Tarts from carton and place in cold room/ fridge.
Thaw to 2°C (approximately 20 minutes) then plate up and serve.
For cabinet displays:
The maximum recommended defrosted shelf life is 3 days in a refrigerated display cabinet.
