Product thawing
Place the Sausage Rolls onto a baking tray lined with silicon or baking paper to thaw to room temperature - approximately 60 minutes.
Oven temperature
Pre-heat fan forced oven to 200°C.
Baking time
Place thawed Sausage Rolls into pre-heated 200°C oven and bake for approximately 18-20 minutes.
Quick tip
- Brush with a fresh egg wash to achieve a golden-brown bake.
- An option for functions is to cut the sausage rolls into small bite sized portions before baking to serve as mini sausage rolls.
