Approximate raw pastry measurements

Product thawing

Remove required number of Pastry Discs from the carton and place on a lined baking tray to defrost (approx. 15 minutes).

Place carton with remaining Pastry Discs back into the freezer.

Oven temperature

Pre-heat fan forced oven to approximately 200°C.

Fill temperature

Ensure your apple fill mixture is at room temperature.

Assembly

  1. Place apple filling in the center of the disc, fold over and seal edges.
  2. Glaze with milk/ egg and sprinkle sugar over the top.
  3. Cut two small air holes using a pair of scissors to release steam during the cooking process.

Baking time

Place baking tray into pre-heated 200°C oven and bake for approximately 12-15 minutes.
